Facing the Atlantic Ocean to the south, Wainscott has some of the most impressive luxury real estate in the world. Its east side faces famed Georgica Pond – an idyllic location with many famous neighbors including Academy Award winning directors, business moguls, and more. 
 
Wainscott is home to some of the priciest real estate in the Hamptons, with many estates overlooking farm fields. Some historic farmhouses still remain standing along Wainscott Main Street. The Georgica Association, an exclusive gated community, is known for its cedar-shingled estates overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Georgica Pond.
